Product Information: HOSCO MG type Saddle Set for another use
The Jaguar® (JG) and Jazzmaster ®(JM) are popular for their impressive offset bodies, but many players are probably plagued by strange noises while playing.
The problem is that the strings slip off the saddles easily. The easiest and most affordable solution is to change the saddles.
Comparision of saddles
JG/JM type saddles are usually equipped with a spiral type saddles with shallow grooves, but to prevent string drop, simply replace it with Mustang® (MG) type saddles with deep grooves.
(There are some cases where this is not possible due to size standards in millimeters or inches, compatibility of parts, etc.).
