FSR150 Fret Sanding Rubber

This unique rubber works for sanding fret bevel smoothly after bevel making by flat file.
The size is 65 x 18 x 9mm, 2pcs per set.

See below the working process.

The left photo is the one just after sanding by flat metal file. Bevel edge is very sharp and shiny.

We start to use FSR150 from now.


   
Just sanding by FSR150 to keep same bevel angle as fret like this.

When you use it, you can find many small dust of FSR150 comes out.
   
After sanding for a while, you can check the fret bevel shape. Edge is very smooth now.

Fret Polishing Rubbers

Easy and fast fret polishing tools These rubbers are useful to erase the rust or sanding mark which happens after fret leveling work or sanding frets by files or sanding paper.

We line up 3 different grit. You can choose them depend on the scratch size.

Normally start to use FPR180 and FPR400 and then FPR1000.


The size is 65 x 18 x 9mm. 2pcs per set.


 
These frets are rusted and dull.

We clean up by FPR400.

You can cut the FPR rubbers by knife as you like for easier job.
 
 
Just polish by FPR400 on fret.

FPR is very soft, so no damage to fingerboard.
But to keep clean, we reccomend to put masking tape on the fingerboard.

If you clean scratches on the fret, please use from FPR180 and step up to FPR1000.
 
 
After polishing, the frets are shiny!!
